Return & Refund Policy

At Knoos Alankaran, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, were here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is not part of the non-returnable/exchange-only list (see below).
  • Return request must be submitted through our Your Orders tab or by contacting customer service.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased under clearance, flash sale, or final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Go to " Your orders " or email us at support@knoosalankaran.comwith your order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  • Attach a clear image of the product and packaging (unworn/unused).
  • Once your request is approved, you'll receive return pickup or self-ship instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products: We will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For size or preference-based returns: Return shipping is to be borne by the customer (can be deducted from the refund).

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Store credit or coupon (if chosen)
    • Bank transfer (for COD orders; bank details required)

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to size and style availability.
  • If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share an unboxing video and images of the product
  • We'll arrange a reverse pickup and offer a full refund or free replacement, based on your preference.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider again.
  • Contact your bank/card company -- it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@knoosalankaran.com.
