We currently ship orders across India and to selectinternational locations. Please check availability during checkout or contact us for specific queries.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders within India.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply and are non-refundable in case of return/cancellation.
- International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
5. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders."
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Incorrect shipping information provided
In such cases, we will notify you and assist with updated delivery timelines.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may be attempted only after re-confirmation and additional shipping charges (if any).

- Customs duties, taxes, and other import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo and refuse delivery if possible.
- If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video and images, for quick resolution.
